As a Clinical Doctor of Pharmacy turned Clinical Hypnotherapist, Plant Medicine Facilitator, and Integration Coach, I offer a bridge between Science and the Mystery to support deep and lasting transformation.

My work integrates somatic breathwork, hypnotherapy, plant medicine, shamanic practices, and trauma-informed approaches to help you move beyond survival patterns, reconnect with your body, and awaken an embodied, authentic, and empowered way of being.
