A 16-Week Journey Back to Your Sovereign Self
For many women, including myself, there comes a point in life when we realize there is something missing. Something subtle, but that leaves us feeling fragmented, exhausted, and a little stuck in places. Old narratives and patterns continue to cycle through, intuition is drowned out by conditioning, and the full version of the dream life we desire seems slightly out of reach.
The something that is missing is our own Self-Sovereignty — The embodied practice of remembering and reclaiming our innate intuitive intelligence, reconnecting to our inner authority, and claiming radical responsibility for our reality. The journey back to this state of being is through remembering and integrating the full scope and power of our feminine nature, and aligning fully with our Body, Mind, and Soul to create the life we desire.
The Path to Self-Sovereignty is a 16-week guided journey designed to support this alignment and integration. This work weaves together story, nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, emotional integration, and grounded spirituality so that transformation happens not just as insight, but as embodiment. Together we move intentionally through the layers of Body, Mind, and Soul, building safety first, then awareness, then integration, so that what we uncover becomes something we can actually live.
Program Overview
Group limited to 8 women who are looking for a personal transformation and return to the feminine from the inside out
Weekly 90-120 minute live sessions starting March 18th, 2026, 5:30-7:30pm MT via Zoom (recordings available for life)
Somatic breathwork journeys, subconscious reprogramming practices, and integration tools throughout
Wisdom of feminine myths and legends that remind us of Forgotten Facets of the Feminine weaved throughout the material, including the stories of Hathor, La Loba, White Buffalo Calf Woman, Isis, Sekhmet, Kali, Inanna and Ereshkigal, Ma’at, Quan Yin, Green Tara, Ixchel, and Sophia.

Section 1: The Body — Safety, Sensuality, and Presence
Week 1 – What Is Self-Sovereignty?
Explore the the state of the feminine in the world today and how we got here. Learn what it means to reclaim inner authority and begin identifying your internal and external resources for support. Identify intentions and differentiate from expectations.
Experiential activity: Mapping internal resources guided hypnotherapy
Week 2 – The Language of the Body
Understand how sensation and perception shapes experience through the nervous system. Recognize what pulls you out of your body and how to expand your window of tolerance to hold more aliveness.
Experiential activity: Somatic awareness practice and body scan meditation
Week 3 – The Nervous System & Nociception of Safety
Learn the physiology of trauma and stress, how your body signals completion, and why dysregulation is part of healing. Practice healthy expression through movement, sound, and breath.
Experiential activity: Somatic release technique and group exploration of expression through daily breathwork practice
Week 4 – Breathwork 1: Releasing & Resetting
A guided somatic breathwork session to decompress the body, move stored energy, and establish safety within the nervous system.
Experiential activity: Full 60 minute breathwork journey and sharing circle
Week 5 – Embodiment & Vitality
Integrate presence, somatic awareness, and emotional attunement. Explore the seasonal nature of feminine energy and practices that support vitality and balance.
Experiential activity: Embodied movement practice
Section 2: The Mind — Emotional Fluidity, The Subconscious, and The Ego
Week 6 – Emotions: The Bridge Between Body and Mind
Discover the neurobiology of emotions, how to feel without fusing to the story, and creating emotional safety and self-trust through curiosity.
Experiential activity: Guided emotional freedom technique (EFT) practice
Week 7 – The Power of the Subconscious Mind
Explore how subconscious belief systems form, how brainwave states imprint programming, and learn tools to rewire limiting patterns through awareness and state change.
Experiential activity: "Follow the Trigger" somatic affective linguistic bridge exercise
Week 8 – Breathwork 2: Emotional Fluidity
A deeper somatic experience to express and release emotions held in the body.
Experiential activity: Full 60 minute breathwork journey and sharing circle
Week 9 – Shadow and Inner Child Work
Use the mythic arc of the heroine’s journey to understand your own path of descent into the shadow, transformation, and integration. Use this arc to reconnect to your inner child and build a solid foundation of self-love.
Experiential activity: Early Life Regression Group Hypnosis
Week 10 – Understanding the Conscious Mind - Ego and Parts of Self
Map out the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of the Ego and how to master this protective part of the psyche through observation. Discuss how a solid relationship with all the parts of self leads to healthy boundaries.
Experiential activity: Parts mapping and internal dialogue group hypnosis and journaling
Week 11 – Turning the Mind into an Ally
Bring conscious and unconscious aspects together through individuation. Practice witnessing the mind, embracing shadow, and cultivating authentic relating as a sovereign individual.
Experiential activity: "Speaking to your Dragon (aka critical mind)" exercise
Section 3: The Soul — Intuition, Manifestation, and Sovereignty
Week 12 – Belonging and Reclaiming Spirituality
Redefine belonging from the inside out. Explore consciousness and your personal understanding of soul and spirituality.
Experiential activity: Guided chakra clearing group hypnotherapy
Week 13 – Breathwork 3: The Soul’s Awakening
Access an expanded states of consciousness, clear residual emotional blocks, and connect with the higher self through intentional breath
Experiential activity: Full 60 minute breathwork journey and sharing circle
Week 14 – The Wise Self: Feminine & Masculine Harmony
Explore the concepts of the healed and wounded feminine and masculine in each of us and how to cultivate authenticity, intuition, and confidence.
Experiential activity: Meeting the internal mother and father group hypnosis
Week 15 – Living Self-Sovereignly
Revisit purpose, passion, and power. Differentiate between the voice of ego and soul, and align with your true north to create meaning and foster connection in life.
Experiential activity: Quantum consciousness journey
Week 16 – Manifestation & Stepping into Limitless Potential
Understand desire vs. attachment, surrender vs. control, faith, and how your unique energetic blueprint informs how you manifest and receive.
